Week 7 Preview

So week 7 is upon us. Hard to believe we've almost played two full months of Football, Halloween is just around the corner, and The Holiday Season will soon be here. Week 7 has at least one good matchup for us and several disasters waiting to happen. With my boys on BYE this week getting ready to play the undefeated Broncos next week I'll have to latch onto another team for a week. This week that team will be the team that just beat my Ravens, the Minnesota Vikings. In the game of the week for week 7 the undefeated Vikings travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers. On the other side of the League, the Bills and Panthers faceoff, and in two disasters waiting to happen the Saints go to Miami and the Eagles travel down to DC.

Some other key matchups for this week include the Chargers and the Chiefs, the Cowboys and Falcons, Colts and Rams, Patriots and Bucs, Giants and Cardinals, and the Packers and Browns.

Remember... GET YOUR PICKS IN!!! Unless you don't want to. Good luck.

What do you guys think about keeping the rules the same as far as picking your three teams and each week picking one, but instead of JUST picking a team, you get scheduled against an opponent who is also in the game. The person whose team wins by the most(or loses by the least) gets the victory? September 25, 2008 12:05 PM

I might remove the BYE week and start the playoffs a week early. This would set up a two week opening round, a one week 2nd round, and a two week championship round... 5 weeks of playoffs altogether. This might aleviate some of the tiebreaker issues I'm trying to work around with the current playoff set up. December 22, 2008 11:12 AM
